“Wanted to let you know that St. Charles did great at the district at Apple Valley and qualified for the State tournament!  I’m so proud of the boys – they started poorly but really grinded the last 12 holes to come back and make it by 4 shots over Olentangy Orange.  We made up 7 shots on just the last 2 holes to beat them.  It was pretty gratifying to see it happening in real time! You are a big part of their success – Vince Campagni, Michael Shyu, Jason Zehala were all part of our mental training sessions and I…

I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Kays for two years now. The level in which my game has reached would not be possible without his constant desire to help his students. He has instilled a level of confidence not only in my game, but in my life in general that I would have never found on my own. He has guided me through some tough times and has provided me with a framework to accomplish any goal I strive to achieve. Dr. Kays’ insight on the mental side of the game has been vital in what I…

Doc Kays has tremendously improved my mental strategy for both my competitive golf and my golf practice. He has taught me a variety of ways to improve my mental strength and stamina, leading to lower scores. I would recommend Doc to any athlete who wants to improve. He helped get me to play at DI level!

Working with Dr. Kays was an integral part of my improvement between junior and senior year. Shooting low rounds was always very difficult for me. I would lose focus mid-round, think about the great score I was going to shoot, and then anxiety would destroy whatever I had going that day. Dr. Kays’ expertise on maintaining focus and thinking positively helped me to play to my potential and finish strong in competitive rounds.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Todd Kays. He helped me so incredibly much on and off the golf course. He is so easy to talk to and is a wealth of ways to deal with stress and pressure, stay calm, and move on after rough shots and holes. I would not be at the level of golf that I am at if I hadn’t worked with him.

Dr. Kays has helped me take my game to the next level. He has made it possible for me to play at the Division I level in college. There is no way I could have ever gotten this far without him. I am looking forward to getting even better and better during my senior year and him helping me to get better and better in college.

I met Dr. Kays many years ago and he is not only a great sports psychologist for me and my players, but also a great friend and resource anytime I have a question about the mental side of golf.  His preparation, enthusiasm and attention to detail make him one of the very best in the business. The resources and experience he provides need to be a major part of any golfers’ path to success. No matter what level of golfer,  Dr. Kays can help you achieve your goals.

I have known Todd Kays for almost five years now. He is tremendously respected in his field and I have no doubt that he is the next Bob Rotella! Todd is a wonderful person who can provide a positive approach to anyone’s game. Todd works with many different athletes from many different sports. He is especially talented when dealing with golfers. Todd will observe your game, ask you questions, watch you play and use his knowledge to map out a game plan for your success. Todd has done a tremendous job with the men’s golf team at Otterbein College. He…

Having taught several P.G.A., L.P.G.A. and top ranked juniors, it is my belief that improving one’s technique is not the only answer to reaching personal goals. Golf is the ultimate mind game in all sports. Dr. Todd Kays has taken the mind and muscle aspects of golf and translated them into concepts that are very informative and enlightening. He has helped many of my students improve their mental toughness and as a result has improved their games dramatically.
